Hunter founded the The Eastman Egg Company as a food truck in 2013 with the belief that great food can redefine your day. He aspires to change the way you think about mornings by giving breakfast the same attention as a fine-dining dinner experience. He graduated from Yale with a degree in Economics and then spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs where he invested in growth and early-stage technology businesses. This experience with technology platforms has led him to become a leader in driving the food industry into the future with advanced technological solutions.
Laurel is our Chief Operations Officer. She oversees daily operations, as well as marketing, and technology initiatives. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and has been with Eastman since the early food truck days. In her down time, you'll find her taking ballet classes or experimenting with cake recipes.
Dan is Eastman's Finance Guy. As a foodie with an appreciation for numbers, he came to Eastman after starting his career in public accounting at PWC. He is always cooking up something amazing at home or checking out music and food events around the city.
Hayro is General Manager at our Wacker location. He’s a hopeless romantic with a love for time travel, and the smell of rain. Topping Hayro’s bucket list is to visit Iceland, in hopes of one day seeing the Northern Lights.
Allison is the manager of our Trunk Club store. Allison loves to play rugby, and takes classes practicing with aerial hoops. She’s a veteran of our Wacker location from when it first opened!
